Our facilities encompass 2400 sq-ft and include engineering\ administrative offices, conference room, an ESD controlled optical R&D laboratory and in-house machine shop.

Rich Migliaccio
PresidentRich has 30+ years experience in the Optical Engineering Industry, with commercial, industrial, military, and medical disciplines. His broad range of expertise cover the needs of full system design, including electronics, mechanics and computer software. In addition, Rich's contacts in the industry provide a wide range of skills that can be used on an as needed basis. Rich is also a lifetime member of SPIE.

Senior EngineerLarry is our technical guru. His hands of gold have been bringing optoelectronic and optomechanical concepts into reality for over 30 years. While employed at EDO Corporation, Larry was the lead technician for a multitude of IR receivers, FTIR spectrometers and radiometers

Manufacturing EngineerMr. Finamore brings over 30 years experience in the manufacture and service of electro-mechanical assemblies. He institutes the same mil-spec workmanship standards and techniques he used while employed at Grumman Aerospace Corporation.
